Tina's Tips

How do I learn to write like an expert?

Well you could blind everyone with jargon and science but is that really going to impress someone SO much that they will buy from you? Think about it.

Is it better to impress or help educate people to understand?....
Educate your public before you sell in your service (or product) and I’m not just talking features.
Stories about how others have benefited from working with you is the most powerful way to get your message across.
But don’t do it in a sales brochure way.
The most effective way to write is to think about an interested friend who really doesn’t understand what you do.
Write as though you are explaining it them.
Do it in a very chatty way, just as you would normally speak.
A BIG tip here...write as you speak then read it out loud.
Any cumbersome phrasing will pop out at you and you can rephrase it.
This way you still speak as an authority but people will get it much more easily.

Now let me tell you a story...
